You retain ownership of the Content you submit, but by posting you grant DusarIshaadi.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display such Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

6. Profiles, Matching & Communication

• We provide matchmaking and communication tools to help Members connect. We do not guarantee that you will meet someone or that a match will be successful.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. Always exercise caution and common sense when interacting with people online or meeting them in person.

7. Paid Services, Fees & Refunds

• Paid Services (subscriptions, boosts, premium features) are offered at specified prices and billing terms. Payment methods accepted will be shown at checkout.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy available on the Site.
• We may change prices for Paid Services at any time. Price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased unless otherwise stated.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, payment partners, social networks or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third parties. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DusarIshaadi.com is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
